This book has been far more informative than other sales guides I have read. This book gives real solutions to real everyday objections, and a great guide for those new or seasoned to the business. There is no gimmick, or spouting of superlatives, just real useful word tracks and insight. I sell very high end cars and this is the only guide I have found to be useful in that niche market. Almost all the other guides I have read are fluff and "old school" tactics. Not this one, highly recommend.
